MCM (Caribbean) Realty was established in 2001. The principal focus then was the provision of facilitation and enabling services to non-resident Barbadian nationals and other non-resident persons in the purchase, construction. rental or sale of land and houses.

Since then, we have expanded our scope to include:
i) Financial and business advice and intermediary services
ii) Project planning and coordination
iii) Property management.

The company has the benefit of having in-house resource persons with varied combined management experience and expertise in real estate (35 years) and financial management/planning 32 years).

Associates of the company who work with us on an "as needed" basis possess similarly extensive experience and expertise in quantity surveying, civil/structural engineering, building design and draughting, construction management and property law.
